It seems that everywhere I look, flags and swags are decorating store displays, parties, nurseries and quilts. In fact, young and older women wear them with equal fervor on t-shirts, necklaces and other odds and ends.
DIY ideas are coming in droves right now. If I don't procrastinate and actually follow through with one idea, I will share it with you... For now, enjoy this really fun, spring-friendly trend.
